Conversations in. Work done.
Threadwork turns your Gmail threads into completed work. Email a specialized agent, describe what you need in plain language, and watch it coordinate attachments, Drive files, GitHub repos, and calendars — then reply straight back into the thread.
Works inside the Gmail you already use — no new inbox, no new app to learn.

From a single email to finished work
Threadwork agents live where your work already starts \u2014 your inbox. No tab-switching, no new tool to adopt.
- 01
Email your agent
Address a specialized agent directly, or loop one into an existing thread. Describe the task the way you’d ask a teammate.
- 02
Agents coordinate the work
They read attachments and Drive files, pull context from your GitHub repos, and hand off pieces to other agents as needed.
- 03
Tasks, events, and follow-ups appear
Work items, calendar events, and follow-up reminders are created automatically and tracked until they’re done.
- 04
Results return to the thread
Summaries, files, and next steps land back in the exact email thread you started — no new inbox to check.

Everything the work needs, none of the app-switching
Threadwork agents are built to handle real work end to end, using the tools and files you already have.
Reads attachments and Drive files
Agents open PDFs, decks, and spreadsheets attached to your email or linked from Google Drive to pull the context they need.
GitHub as a workspace
Connect repositories and agents clone, branch, and track pull requests — your codebase becomes part of the conversation.
Tasks and calendar events
Ask for a meeting or a deliverable and agents create the task or event, assign owners, and set the due date.
Follow-ups that don’t slip
Threadwork tracks what’s waiting on a reply and nudges the right person automatically, right inside the thread.
Agents that coordinate each other
Complex requests get split across specialized agents — research, scheduling, drafting — who hand off work between themselves.
One dashboard for everything
See active work, agent activity, and repository health at a glance — without changing how you use email.
One dashboard, in full view
Step outside the inbox any time to see exactly what your agents are working on.
A team of specialists, always online
Every agent has a role — analyst, coordinator, scheduler, designer — with its own workload, completion rate, and response time you can monitor at a glance.

Your repositories, in the loop
Connect GitHub repositories and Threadwork clones them into linked workspaces, so agents can ship code changes as part of the same conversation.

Questions, answered
Do I need to install anything?
No. Threadwork works with the Gmail account you already have. You connect it once, and agents appear as addresses you can email directly.
What can I connect besides Gmail?
Google Drive for files, GitHub for repositories and pull requests, and your calendar for scheduling. Everything an agent touches stays visible in your dashboard.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your emails, files, and repositories are used only to complete the work you ask for — never to train models.
How is this different from a Gmail add-on?
Agents don’t just surface information inside Gmail — they take action across tools on your behalf and coordinate with each other to finish multi-step work.
